Marketing Executive, Growth & Social, Leeds (Hybrid 2 days per week in office) £34k-£40k
We are working with a growing, independent agency in Leeds to find a Marketing Executive (Growth & Social) to support their marketing and new business activity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands on, varied marketing role and is looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive, close knit team with a genuine family feel culture.

The Role

You will play a key part in delivering the agency’s outward facing marketing activity, working closely with the team to bring campaigns, content and ideas to life.

This is a broad, all-rounder role where you will gain exposure across multiple areas of marketing, including:

• Supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Managing and scheduling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, with plans to expand into TikTok)
• Assisting with events and marketing initiatives
• Creating and adapting marketing content and messaging
• Supporting new business activity and pitch materials
• Helping to maintain and improve the website and digital presence
• Getting involved in light design, video, or Canva-based content creation

You will be encouraged to bring ideas, get involved, and take ownership of your work, while still having the support of an experienced team around you.

About You

• Experience in a marketing and growth role, including social media, website updates, messaging, supporting pitching
• Comfortable working across multiple channels and projects
• Organised, proactive, and able to take initiative
• A strong communicator with a good eye for content, brand, and tone of voice
• Agency experience is helpful, but not essential
• Any experience with Canva, design, or video content would be beneficial
