Senior Paid Media Executive – Newcastle Upon Tyne/hybrid - £30,000 - £40,000

Smile Digital are pleased to be working with a marketing agency looking to bring in an experienced Senior Paid Media Executive.

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will work closely with clients to establish their goals before implementing paid media campaigns to drive performance.

You will be joining an ambitious company, set-out to deliver quality for their clients in pursuit of becoming one of the leading paid media agencies.

What you'll do as a Senior Paid Media Executive:

• Plan and optimise paid media campaigns
• Focus on Paid Search and Social channels, ensuring high performance and alignment with client objectives
• Oversee keyword research, bid management, audience targeting and budget control
• Regularly meet with clients and build strong relationships to understand their goals
• Use data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements to boost ROI

What you'll bring as a Senior Paid Media Executive:

• 3+ years industry experience in paid media
• Proficiency in GA4 with solid experience in Meta and LinkedIn Ads
• Analytical skillset, with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimise performance
• Creative and strategic mindset with a track record in paid media success
• Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills
