Paid Social Executive – Newcastle (Hybrid / Office based 3 days per week)

We are looking for an Paid Media, Paid Social Executive who lives and breathes paid social. The kind of person who can talk about audience segmentation and conversion-led campaign structure all day long.
We are partnered with an ambitious and genuinely people first client based in Newcastle, known for delivering impact driven paid social campaigns while also empowering the next generation of marketers through education. Working closely with clients to drive real performance and raise industry standards.
We are looking for a aid Social Executive to join their expanding team, someone who is ready to take ownership of campaigns, push performance forward, and play a key role in scaling paid social for major B2B and B2C clients.
This is a role for someone experienced enough to run campaigns confidently, but still hungry to grow, experiment, and learn in a fast paced paid social environment.
Your role will involve:
Own the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (TikTok and Reddit experience a bonus but not essential)
Drive performance against client KPIs across full-funnel paid social strategies
Run day to day campaign management including audience building, bid strategies, creative testing, ad set pacing, and messaging variations
Work in platform daily across Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.
Use GA4, platform dashboards and reporting tools to track performance, interpret data, and present clear insights
Support integrated paid media strategies in collaboration with PPC colleagues
Present results and strategic recommendations directly to clients
Identify opportunities to scale budgets, test new formats, and refine structures
Contribute to new business pitches with audits, insights and recommendations
Work closely with creative and analytics teams to ensure ads land with maximum impact
What we need you to have:
2-3 years years hands on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta essential, LinkedIn in the main)
Strong understanding of paid social strategy and performance metrics
Able to structure and scale campaigns for both lead gen and e-commerce
Experience testing creatives, writing briefs and giving feedback
Confident communicator with client facing experience (or the ambition to get there)
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple clients and live campaigns
A genuine passion for paid social, someone who follows developments in the space and is excited to try new things
