A growing digital marketing agency is looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts and drive strategic performance across paid media channels.
This is a client facing role, ideal for someone with agency experience who enjoys building strong relationships, translating business objectives into marketing strategy, and delivering measurable results.
You will act as the key link between clients and internal performance specialists, ensuring campaigns are aligned to commercial goals and continuously optimised for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of digital performance clients as the primary point of contact
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Lead regular client meetings, including performance reviews and planning sessions
- Translate client objectives into clear performance strategies and priorities
- Collaborate with paid media specialists to guide campaign direction and execution
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including increased investment or additional services
- Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or challenges
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting and strategic recommendations
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and communication
About You
- Experience managing digital marketing or performance marketing accounts within an agency
- Strong understanding of paid media channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Confident presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on campaign execution experience is advantageous but not essential.
