Performance Marketing Specialist B2B Marketing Agency London Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office.

We are working with a growing B2B marketing agency in London that is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team.

This is a good one for someone who enjoys paid media, likes getting stuck into campaign performance, and wants to work with B2B clients where the work is more considered than quick, throwaway lead gen.

You will be joining a small, friendly team that works with tech, SaaS and B2B businesses. The role is hands-on, but you won’t be working in a silo. You’ll be working alongside account managers, strategists and content specialists, helping clients get more from their campaigns across paid search and paid social.

As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns for a range of B2B clients.

Most of the work will sit across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Bing Ads, so you will need to be confident working with campaign data, testing ideas, spotting what’s working and making sensible recommendations.

You will also be involved in reporting, client conversations and helping shape campaign strategy, so this is a good fit for someone who enjoys both the technical side of paid media and the commercial side of understanding what clients are trying to achieve.

Your role will involve:

  • Setting up, managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Working mainly across LinkedIn, Google and Bing
  • Reviewing performance and making practical recommendations
  • Writing and testing ad copy
  • Managing budgets and keeping an eye on spend, pacing and results
  • Pulling together clear reports that clients can actually understand
  • Looking for ways to improve campaign structure, targeting, creative and landing pages
  • Keeping up with platform changes and sharing useful ideas with the team

We need you to have:

  • Experience running paid media campaigns, ideally in a B2B setting
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Some experience with Bing/Microsoft Ads would be useful
  • Good analytical skills and confidence digging into campaign data
  • The ability to explain performance clearly without overcomplicating it
  • Agency experience would be a bonus, but it’s not essential if you’re comfortable managing multiple campaigns or stakeholders
