We are working with a growing B2B marketing agency in London that is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team.
This is a good one for someone who enjoys paid media, likes getting stuck into campaign performance, and wants to work with B2B clients where the work is more considered than quick, throwaway lead gen.
You will be joining a small, friendly team that works with tech, SaaS and B2B businesses. The role is hands-on, but you won’t be working in a silo. You’ll be working alongside account managers, strategists and content specialists, helping clients get more from their campaigns across paid search and paid social.
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, build, manage and optimise paid media campaigns for a range of B2B clients.
Most of the work will sit across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Bing Ads, so you will need to be confident working with campaign data, testing ideas, spotting what’s working and making sensible recommendations.
You will also be involved in reporting, client conversations and helping shape campaign strategy, so this is a good fit for someone who enjoys both the technical side of paid media and the commercial side of understanding what clients are trying to achieve.
