PPC/Paid Media Lead
Location: Remote (UK-based, with quarterly team days in the South West)
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per year

A growing digital agency is seeking an experienced Paid Media Lead to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role, while driving the strategic direction and optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be the "go to" person for everything PPC and Paid Media, both internally and for clients. As the main Paid Media Specialist within the agency, this role has lots of scope and opportunity for you to shape the direction moving forward and as the agency grows, to build a team around you.

This role is open to applicants who have working in a mentoring or lead capacity before, or an experienced PPC Exec who is looking for an opportunity to take the next step in a leadership role.

Reporting directly into the senior leadership team, you will be the expert for troubleshooting campaign challenges, ensuring efficient team workflow, and shaping best in class strategies for clients across eCommerce, B2C and B2B sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on campaign management and optimisation.

  • Oversee day to day workflow of the Paid Media function, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key client accounts, providing strategic direction, campaign insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure Paid Media activity aligns with client objectives and supports wider business goals.

  • Monitor performance data, prepare detailed reports, and deliver insights to inform future strategy.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Paid Media services, embracing new tools and approaches to stay ahead of industry trends.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proven track record in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across search, display and remarketing.

  • Strong multi client management skills, with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands on delivery.

  • Additional experience in Meta Ads, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Marketing is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with a proactive and detail oriented approach.

  • Confident analysing campaign data, delivering reports and providing actionable insights.

Additional Details

  • Fully remote working, but candidates must be UK-based.
